4 Observations That Could Be Signaling Flaws With Organization Structure

Have you ever sensed that your organization was not executing like it once had? That something is just not right but you can’t put your finger on it? Recently, I collaborated with a client who was trying to understand why his team was not executing at the level it once had. Book Review: Atomic Habits

A friend of mine turned me on to a book called Atomic Habit (thanks mate!). I read a lot of books and listen to a lot of podcasts, I really connected with this one. Developing good habits and eliminating bad ones is very difficult. The books author, James Clear, experienced a traumatic baseball injury that required him to relearn basic life skills. He explains it from a scientific perspective (the why), as well as providing practical guidance (the how) that makes it easy to grasp. I am frequently asked for reading recommendations – this is a good one!
