Our 4-D Leadership Process
Our customized 4-D process will take you from discovery to development in record timing.
Discover
Client will complete an initial questionnaire. Then an Executive Advisor will conduct a discovery call to discuss development goals, strategic objectives, and organization dynamics.
Define
Executive Advisor will present you with development objectives and advisory strategy. Client and Advisor will mutually agree on coaching/consulting arrangement.
Design
Your Executive Advisor will partner with you to design a comprehensive strategy to help you achieve your individual or team development goals.
Develop
Begin the development process with a clear line of sight on achieving defined goals. Along the way, we’ll periodically measure progress to ensure we’re hitting the goals outlined.
