Joe started PeakFormance Leadership Consulting to help busy executives develop high-performing teams.  “I can relate to the challenges executives face because I have been in the seat myself.  Developing a high performing organization requires a great deal of thought and balance.  I really enjoy helping leaders expand their capacity by developing strategies that help them achieve that”. His experience and proven strategies have helped him lead organization development projects with Fortune 500 companies as well as small to medium size start-ups. Before founding PeakFormance, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a financial technology business that was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Georgia for 3 consecutive years.

A Passion for Leadership

Joe is extremely passionate about developing high-performing leaders and teams. “I developed a passion for leadership at a very young age.  I recognized how important strong leadership fundamentals were to develop great teams. I have been on a continuous quest to master leadership ever since”.   Joe is able to help executive leaders improve their awareness and define a clear path forward to improve team cohesiveness and execution.

Family First
